Dear Mr. Cibrian,

My name is Matt Winick and I’m a fan of your acting. My favorite tv shows that you played in were CSI Miami and The Playboy Club.  CSI Miami had a great plot about detectives in the Miami- Dade Police Department CSI team works to solve different cases and explore different theories to understand the motive of the crime. In CSI Miami I had fun seeing how Lieutenant Horatio Crane would work with the rest of the detectives including forensic experts like Calleigh, Eric, ME Alexx Woods,  Ryan, Frank, Natalia, Walter, and Jesse Cardoza on how they use different methods or approach on examining evidence to understand the case.  Mr. Cibrian, I thought you did a an excellent job portraying as Detective Jesse Cardoza  in season 8 of CSI Miami because I liked on how you made him have different traits like having a great working relationship with Lieutenant Horatio Crane, learning about how different methods on examining the evidence can help solve the case,  and working hard to overcome his struggle on dealing with his wife’s death.  The Playboy Club was another interesting tv show because I enjoyed the plot of it about how it focused on the staff including the employees (Bunnies) in the Playboy Club in Chicago.  In the show I really enjoyed learning the history of how it started around the 1960s,  how the Playboy Club didn’t have segregation, and many others.  You did an excellent job making Nick Dalton a great character on the show because I liked on how you made Nick Dalton care about his employee’s wellbeing, working to protect Maureen, who is a new bunny from being harmed by the mob, and many others.   Recently I saw a Take Two trailer about Sam Swift, a former actress who use to play in a detective show  teams up with Eddie Valetik, who is a private investigator to solve different cases.  I started watching the show and I really like the idea of an former actress teaming up with a private detective to solve cases.  Also I think that you and Ms. Rachel Bilson make a great team.

Mr. Cibrian, I have autism with a learning disability. Having a disability is hard for me because I have trouble comprehending on learning different advance subjects, sometimes I struggle to communicate my thoughts, and get teased.  Your acting really inspires me to work hard on my disability and be interested in watching different tv shows. The Playboy Club and your role in it helped me get motivated to continue to learn more history and understand some of the history of The Playboy Club. In history, I like to learn the  need for Civil Rights to be stronger to reduce discrimination, protect the environment from pollution, understand how famous people or different individuals (minorities, women, and people with disabilities)  work hard to make a great difference.

I strongly believe that you are a very talented actor and you do such an excellent job making your character have different unique traits. You inspire me to work hard on my disability, watch the tv shows that you play in, and be motivated to continue to learn history. I was wondering if you could please share with me some of your favorite part about acting or explain what you like about Take Two.  Thanks for taking the time to read my letter, doing an excellent job acting, and inspiring me. I wish you the best of luck to continue to film Take Two season 1.

Sincerely,

Matt Winick

Associate Justice Elena Kagan of the U.S. Supreme Court

10/16/2018

Associate Justice Elena Kagan
c/o US Supreme Court
1 1st Street, NE
Washington, D.C.  20543

Dear Associate Justice Kagan,

My name is Matt Winick from Ann Arbor, Michigan with a strong interest in studying history and public policy. The main reason I have a strong interest in these subjects is to learn the need to advance on Civil Rights to help protect people who are different from being discriminated, protect the environment from pollution,  the need for government reform to reduce corruption in elections with government, protect people’s civil liberties from being violated while reducing crime, and many others. The main reason I’m writing you a letter is because I want to congratulate you for being accepted with being nominated for the U.S. Supreme Court and how I find your work as Supreme Court Justice to be very inspiring to me.

In 2010, I was very proud of you for accepting President Obama’s nomination for the U.S. Supreme Court and congrats on being confirmed by the U.S. Senate even though Congress was in gridlock.   In your role as Supreme Court Justice, I am very proud of your commitment to be strong advocate for the need to advance on Civil Rights by advocating for people with disabilities’ rights, expressing the need to make Civil Rights stronger to reduce discrimination, and the importance to protect women from being discriminated based on gender.  After The Supreme Court ruled campaign finance reform to be unconstitutional in Citizens United Supreme Court decision, I liked on how you continue advocating for the need for the a constitutional amendment to reduce money in politics in order to reduce corruption in government, public officials, and elections.  When the U.S. Supreme Court was deciding on the ACA healthcare law, I was very proud of how you had to courage to defend the healthcare law with the other Supreme Court Justices like Sonia Sotomayor, Ruth Ginsburg, Stephen Breyer, and Chief Justice John Roberts to help protect people with pre-existing conditions from losing their health insurance including helping people under age 26 on staying on their parent’s health insurance.  Your commitment to help protect women’s rights to choose and supporting equal pay to help protect women from being discriminated in jobs or pay is common sense to improve women’s rights.  Another thing that I like about your role in the U.S. Supreme Court is how you support with express the need to protect civil liberties from being violated like protecting the fourth amendment which is to protect people form unreasonable searches.

Associate Justice Kagan, I have Autism with a learning disability and having a disability is hard for me because I have trouble comprehending on learning different subjects, sometimes I struggle with communications when speaking with other people, and I get teased. Your commitment to being a strong supporter of advancing Civil rights and being a advocate for people with disabilities’ rights really inspires me to work hard on Autism. Your work as U.S. Supreme Court Associate Justice really inspires me to continue being interested in studying history including learning about social justice. Recently, I enjoyed visiting the U.S. Supreme Court where I got to sit with other people while the tour guide was giving a lecture of the U.S. Supreme Court including how it works and I enjoyed seeing the exhibit to learn more about the justices who currently serve or had served in the U.S. Supreme Court.  After visiting the U.S. Supreme Court, I decided to do some research about you. My letter is a gift to you to for inspiring me and I included a picture of me for you to keep for inspiring me.

Supreme Court Justice Kagan, I strongly believe that you make a great difference in your current role as Supreme Court Justice. I’m very proud on how you continue Supreme Court Justice John Paul Steven’s legacy on protecting Civil Rights, expressing the need to help protect women’s rights, and expressing the need to reduce money in politics to reduce corruption, and many others. You have truly inspired me to work hard on Autism and to be interested in learning history.  Thanks for taking the time to read my letter, working hard on making a great difference in the U.S. Supreme Court, and inspiring me. I wish you well to continue on making a great difference and to do well in the U.S. Supreme Court.

Sincerely,

Matt Winick
