Dear Mr. Diamond,

My name is Matt Winick and I’m a fan of your acting. My favorite tv shows that you played in was Homicide Life On The Streets and Journeyman.   Homicide Life On The Streets was a great crime drama show about detectives working in the Baltimore Police Department’s Homicide Unit where they solve different crimes including homicides. In Homicide Life On The Streets I liked on how it focus on different detectives on how they handle solving a case while dealing with the hardships of life including the job. Mr. Diamond, I thought you did an excellent job portraying as Detective Mike Kellerman because I liked on how you made him have different unique traits like examining evidence at a crime scene to understand how the crime happened,  working with other detectives in the homicide unit to investigate cases, and many others.  Another thing that I liked about Detective Kellerman was how he would work hard to overcome his challenges like trying to survive law enforcement politics when he gets accused of corruption, trying to understand life when it gets hard, and working to redeem himself when he makes mistakes in the Homicide unit.  In season 4 through 6 I like seeing how Medical Examiner Julianna Cox would help Detective Kellerman when he face challenges. Homicide The Movie was great to watch because I like seeing how the main cast of the show including some of the former characters would work together to find the assassin who went after Al Giardello. Journeyman was an interesting scifi tv show about Dan Vasser, who is a reporter where he travels through time to understand different events.   In Journeyman I like on how you made Jack Vasser have different traits like caring about his brother Dan when he faces difficulties.

Besides your acting career, I like on how you are an activist on supporting civil rights including people with disabilities’ rights causes to reduce discrimination.  Mr. Reed, I have autism with a learning disability. Having a disability is hard for me because I have trouble comprehending on learning different advance subjects, sometimes I struggle to communicate my thoughts, and get teased.  Your support and advocacy for civil rights including people with disabilities’ rights really inspires me to work hard on my disability.  Also your acting helps give me some motivation to continue to watch crime drama shows like Chicago PD, SWAT CBS, Mannix, Hawaii 5-O, CSI Miami, The Missing many others.  

I strongly believe that you are a very talented actor. You do such an excellent job making your characters have different unique traits. You have inspired me to work hard on my disability, be a fan of your acting, and continue my interest in watching crime drama shows. I was wondering if you could please take the time to answer my questions.  Thanks for taking the time to read my letter, doing an excellent job acting, and inspiring me.  I wish you the best for the future in acting.
