Dear Mr. Abbott,
My name is Matt Winick and I’m a fan of your acting. My favorite tv show that you played in was Dark Justice. Dark Justice was a great tv show about Nicholas Marshall, who s a current judge and a former police officer and former D.A. and loses faith in the criminal justice system when his wife and daughter gets murdered and he works with a group fo people called the Night Watchman to find justice to stop criminals. Mr. Abbott, I thought you did an excellent job portraying as Judge Nicholas Marshall because I liked on how you made him have different unique traits like working hard to overcome his trauma of losing his family due to being murdered, teaming up with different members of the Night Watchman to solve cases or find different solutions to stop criminals, having the motivation to wanting to stop corruption in the justice system, and many others. Also what I liked about Dark Justice was how it showed what the criminal justice system was like, how corruption affects the law enforcement or the court system to fail society, and how innocent people can get false accused of a crime when the system fails tom investigate cases. What I liked about your character Judge Nicholas Marshall was how he showed compassion for victims of crime or people who lose faith in the system, willing to investigate cases when a person is innocent of a crime that they didn’t commit, have the courage to investigate police that perform police brutality or police misconduct, and being an advocate for criminal justice reform.
Besides your acting career, I truly appreciate on how you are a strong supporter of civil rights including people with disabilities’ rights causes to reduce discrimination. Also on your activism, I like on how you are an advocate of the need for criminal justice reform like the need for drug treatment programs to help drug users get the care they need to reduce drug abuse, a strong need for funds to improve DNA testings including forensic science to help reduce sending an innocent person to jail, and the need for ethics reform to reduce police misconduct. Mr. Abbott, I have autism with a learning disability. Having a disability is hard for me because I have trouble comprehending on learning different advance subjects, sometimes I struggle to communicate my thoughts, and get teased. Another thing that I struggle with a disability is when other people including other adults get judgmental about me being different from them and have struggles to find different methods to improve myself. Your commitment to be a strong supporter of civil rights including people with disabilities’ rights causes really inspires me to work hard on my disability. Also your character Judge Nicholas Marshall in Dark Justice helps give me motivation to try to understand life when there are challenges or obstacles, learn to find different methods to improve myself, be compassionate to people who have struggles, and many others.
I strongly believe that you are a very talented actor. You do such an excellent job making Judge Nicholas Marshall in Dark Justice a great character with different unique traits. You truly inspire me to work hard on my disability, be a fan of your acting, and try to understand life when there are challenges. I was wondering if you could please take the time to answer some of my questions. Thanks for taking the time to read my letter, working hard to make a great difference, and inspiring me. Please continue to make a great difference for society.
Sincerely,
Matt Winick
