Dear Ms. Roderick,

My name is Matt Winick and I’m  a fan of your acting. My favorite tv show that you were in was Baywatch Hawaii. Baywatch Hawaii was a great tv show about Mitch Buchanan, who was lifeguard in Los Angeles, California decides to move to Hawaii to start a new life while help train new lifeguards in Hawaii. Ms. Roderick, I thought you did such an excellent job portraying as Leigh Dryer because I like on how you made her have different unique traits like help train new recruits of the Baywatch Hawaii lifeguard team, using her skills in rescue techniques to find ways to help rescue people on the beach, and working hard to improve herself when she faces obstacles on the job including life. Also what I liked about your character Leigh Dryer is how she cares about the other lifeguards including the new recruits in Baywatch Hawaii team when they face struggles in life or on the job, having compassion for people that have struggles in life, and many others.  

Besides your acting career, I truly appreciate on how you are a strong supporter of civil rights including people with disabilities’ rights causes to reduce discrimination. Ms. Roderick, I have autism with a learning disability. Having a disability is hard for me because I have trouble comprehending on learning different advance subjects, sometimes I struggle to communicate my thoughts, and get teased.  Another thing that I struggle with a disability is when other people including other adults get judgmental about me being different from them and have struggles to find different methods to improve myself. Also with my disability, I struggle in society including a work place or when I volunteer on trying to do fast pace on different tasks including understanding how to do task efficiently which causes people to get flustered at me. Also with my challenges, I have struggles on maintaining friendships when other people get judgmental about me having a disability or not meeting their expectations. Your advocacy for civil rights including people with disabilities’ rights causes really inspires me to work hard on my disability.  Also your character Leigh Dryer in Baywatch Hawaii helps give me motivation to expand on critical thinking to understand different situations or to learn, have compassion for people who have struggles in life, and work on finding different strategies to improve myself when there are challenges. 

I strongly believe that you are a very talented actress. You did an excellent job making Leigh Dryer a great character on Baywatch Hawaii. You truly inspire me to work hard on my disability, be a fan of your acting, and continue to find different methods to improve myself when there are challenges. I was wondering if you could please take the time to answer my questions.  Thanks for taking the time to read my letter, working hard to make a great difference, and inspiring me.
