My name is Matt Winick, an Asian American from Ann Arbor, Michigan and I have a strong interest in learning history, social justice, and current events. In these subjects, I like to learn the need for Civil Rights to be stronger to reduce discrimination, protect the environment from pollution, have social justice to help improve the communities, and many others. Ms. Baik, the main reason I’m writing you a letter is to explain how I find your work as a news reporter of KARE 11 to be very inspiring to me.


In your current role as a news reporter of KARE 11, I like on how you are a strong supporter of civil rights causes by advocating for people with disabilities’ rights and expressing the need to make civil rights stronger to reduce discrimination in order to protect minorities including people who are different.  Also I like on how you are a strong supporter of campaign to combat against bullying.  Your approach in the news media like interviewing people about different topics ranging from local politics through other topics, doing hands-on approach with other people in businesses or when they are demonstrating a product to help viewers understand them, and taking the time to listen to citizens of America including citizens of the Minnesota area when they have concerns are great ways for journalism. Another thing that I like about your work as a news reporter of the KARE 11 is how you give tips on healthy lifestyles, reporting on public officials who are corrupt, asking public officials that hard question to hold them accountable,  exploring different topics related to medical research to combat against different diseases, highlighting different ideas to improve communities or society, support emphasizing the need for environmental protection to reduce pollution, and many others. Also another thing to mention is I like on how you heavily advocate for the need for auditing of government agencies including non-profit organizations  to make sure that money isn’t being abused or wasted when they are needed to improve services, heavily emphasize the need for better mental health services to help people who struggle with a mental health or have the illnesses, express the need to have criminal justice reform including combat against racial injustice, and support educational awareness about minorities communities. On the KARE 11 I  like on how you talk about minorities communities and do educational awareness about different issues that affect society.  Besides your work as a news reporter, I like on how you are a strong supporter of civil rights including people with disabilities’ rights causes to reduce discrimination and social justice causes to improve communities.


Ms. Baik, I have autism with a learning disability. Having a disability is hard for me because I have trouble comprehending on learning different advance subjects, sometimes I struggle to communicate my thoughts in different settings (social and environmental), and get teased. Also with my disability I have face some challenges on understanding social cues and dealing with social anxiety. Your advocacy along with support for civil rights including people with disabilities’ right causes really inspire me to work hard on my disability. Also being an Asian American with a disability is difficult when some Asians including some Asian American tease me or get judgmental about not meeting their standards.   Your role as an Asian American role model on supporting Asian American with disabilities’ rights gives me some confidence about being an Asian American when I face challenges.  On Youtube, your page, and on the KARE 11 website I enjoy learning about your work including some current events. Your role as a news reporter of KARE 11 helps give me motivation to continue to learn history, social justice, and current events. My future goal is to someday work in these areas to help emphasize the need for civil rights to be stronger to reduce discrimination, protect the environment from pollution, expand on social justice to improve communities, and many others. 


I strongly believe that you are making a great difference in society and the news media.  You really inspire me to work hard on my disability, use critical thinking to understand things, be confident about being an Asian American with a disability, and continue to learn history, social justice, and current events. I was wondering if you could please give me some advice about working hard on my disability along with how you got interested in the news media career. Dear General Brown Jr.,


My name is Matt Winick from Ann Arbor, Michigan and I have a strong interest in learning history, social justice, and public policy. In these subjects, I like to learn the need to make Civil Rights stronger to reduce discrimination, have military reform to help people who serve in the military get the care they need, protect the environment from pollution, expand on social justice to improve on communities, and many others.  General Brown Jr., the main reason I’m writing you a letter is to explain how I find your work as 21st Chairman of the Joints Chief of Staff to be very inspiring to me. 


In May 2023, I liked on how you accepted President Joe Biden to nominate you to serve as Chairman of the Joints Chief of Staff. In your current role as 21st Chairman of the Joints Chief of Staff I like on how you are a strong supporter of  Civil Rights by advocating for people with disabilities’ rights, support initiatives on hiring women including minorities to work in the military, and working to create DEI (Diversity Equity Inclusion) courses to help educate U.S. Troops about the need for diversity including how to work with other people who have different skills.  Working with other departments in the Department of Defense and the military to reform the military like improve military equipment like body armor including helmet to help protect troops when they get into battle, expand programs to help reduce sexual assaults in the military, and use technology to help make intelligence better for military officials to use in order to create a strategy on ho to deal with a situation is common sense.  Also I like on how you are advocating for the need for military vehicles to run on clean biofuel to reduce air pollution and heavily support the idea of military departments to use renewable energy including energy efficient products to reduce high energy cost while reduce pollution. Another thing that I liked about your work as current Joint Chief of Staff is how you express the need to help veterans including troops get the care they need like have medical care to help them get help on dealing with PTSD or other medical needs, improve health services including mental health services to help U.S. troops including service members get access to health care, expand on job careers to hire troops along with veterans to work help them be part of the community, and advocate a strong need to improve the GI Bill to help assist them to get an education from a college.

My name is Matt Winick from Ann Arbor, Michigan and I have a strong interest in learning history, criminal justice reform, and social justice. In these subjects, I like to learn the need for civil rights to be stronger to reduce discrimination, have criminal justice reform to help protect people’s rights while reduce crime, and many others. U.S. District Judge Beckering, the main reason I’m writing you a letter is to explain how I find your work when you served as Judge of the Michigan Court of Appeals and as current U.S. District Judge for the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Michigan to be very inspiring to me.


When you served as Judge of the 3rd District Michigan Court of Appeals from 2007-2021, I liked on how you were a strong supporter of Civil Rights by advocating for people with disabilities’ rights, expressing the need to reduce racial profiling in the judicial system including law enforcement to help protect minorities or immigrants from being oppressed, and supporting the idea for tough laws to combat against hate-crime to help protect people who are different.  Supporting the need for drug treatment programs to help non-violent drug-users get the care they need to reduce drug addiction, express support for more programs to help victims of crime or victims of domestic violence get help on dealing with their trauma from law enforcement resources, and have more educational awareness about the need to reduce gun violence is common sense for criminal justice reform. Also on criminal justice reform, I like on how you heavily advocate for the need for better funds for DNA testing including forensic science to solve evidence along with cases efficiently while reduce sending an innocent person to jail. In your current role as U.S. District Judge for the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Michigan, I like on how you are a continuous supporter of civil rights including criminal justice reform.  Another thing that I like about your work in the  U.S. District Court for the Western District of Michigan is how you continue to support protection of civil liberties like the 4th amendment to help protect people from unreasonable searches and emphasize the need to improve ethics reform to reduce corruption or judicial misconduct in the judicial system. 


U.S. District Judge Beckering, I have autism with a learning disability.  Having a disability is hard for me because I have trouble comprehending on learning different advance subjects, sometimes I struggle to common irate my thoughts, and get teased.  Your commitment to be a strong supporter of civil rights including people with disabilities’ rights really inspires me to work hard on my disability. Your role as former Judge of the Michigan Court of Appeals and as current U.S. District Judge for the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Michigan helps give me motivation to continue to learn history, criminal justice reform, and social justice. My future goal is to work in these areas to help emphasize the need to make civil rights stronger to reduce discrimination, have criminal justice reform to help protect people’s rights while reduce crime, and many others. 


I strongly believe that you are making a great difference in the judicial system. I’m very proud on how you work hard to support civil rights, advocate along with support criminal justice reform, and many others.  You truly inspire me to work hard on my disability, learn more about your work, and continue to learn different subjects.  I was wondering if you could share with me what it is like working in the judicial system and how you got inspired to be a judge. U.S. Attorney Myers, the main reason I’m writing you a letter is to explain how I find your work as U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Indiana to be very inspiring to me. 


In your current role as U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Indiana, I truly appreciate on how you are a strong supporter of civil rights by advocating for people with disabilities’ rights, prosecuting people who commit hate crimes on people who are different, and expanding on investigations into places that practice different forms of discrimination on disability, minorities, women, and people with different sexual orientation.  Supporting drug treatment programs to help drug users get the care they need to reduce drug abuse, expanding on resources to help victims of crime or victims of domestic violence get the help on dealing with their trauma,  and advocating with pushing for funds to improve DNA testing including forensic science to help solve evidence including cases efficiently while reduce sending an innocent person to jail is common sense for criminal justice reform.  Also on criminal justice reform, I like on how you work to implement wrongful conviction unit to investigate cases that had wrongfully convicted people of a crime that they didn’t commit including prosecution misconduct or judicial misconduct, created an educational awareness to help educate people including the Office of the U.S. Attorney about mental health, advocated for community policing to help law enforcement engage with the community to improve relations,  and supported community service for non-violent offenders or non violent juveniles get rehabilitation to reduce re-offending.   Another thing that I like about your work as U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Indiana is how you implement strategies to help provide people with mental health to get help instead of strict sentencing, prosecuted after public officials who are corrupt or accepted illegal bribes, went after industries that illegally polluted the environment or violated environmental protection laws, and take away weapons from people who have a domestic violence record.     


U.S. Attorney Myers, I have autism with a learning disability.  Having a disability is hard for me because I have trouble comprehending on learning different advance subjects, sometimes I struggle to communicate my thoughts, and get teased.  Your commitment to be a strong supporter of civil rights including people with disabilities’ rights really inspires me to work hard on my disability. Your role as U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Indiana helps give me motivation to continue to learn history, criminal justice reform including social justice. My future goal is to someday work in these areas to help emphasize the need for civil rights to be stronger to reduce discrimination, protect the environment from pollution,  push for criminal justice reform to help protect people’s rights while reduce crime, and many others. I have enjoyed visiting  Indianapolis where I got visit The Kurt Vonnegut Museum and Library to learn about Kurt Vonnegut’s life including his work, The Eiteljog museum to explore about Native American art including their culture, and Indianapolis Historical Society to understand the history of Indianapolis.


I strongly believe that you are making a great difference for society. I’m very proud on how you are working hard to support civil rights including people with disabilities’ rights, expand while advocate for criminal justice reform, and many others. You truly inspire me to work hard on my disability, learn more about your work, and continue to learn different subjects. In these subjects, I like to learn the need for civil rights to be stronger to reduce discrimination, protect the environment from pollution, have diversity to accept people who are different or who come from a different background or have a different skills, improve education to make learning a better tool, and many others.  President Ryan, the main reason I’m writing you a letter is to explain how I find your work as 13th President of Eastern Oregon University to be very inspiring to me.


In your current role as 13th President of Eastern Oregon University,  I truly appreciate on how you are a strong supporter and advocate for civil rights by advocating for people with disabilities’ rights and expressing the need to make civil rights stronger to reduce discrimination in order to protect women, minorities, and people with disabilities. Also to improve civil rights, I liked on how you work to expand on rules to combat against bullying and harassment.  On people with disabilities; rights, I like on how you work to expand courses for people with disabilities to learn different subjects including basic introductory courses to help them learn. Supporting accommodations to help students with disabilities like extra time on exams or use educational software to help improve comprehension, expanding tutoring services to provide students with help on their assignments from tutors, and implementing more liberal arts, arts, humanities, history, and basic classes to make education diverse along with make more opportunities for students to find subjects that they want to learn are great ways to improve education reform. Also on education reform I like on how you support literacy programs to help students including adults improve on their comprehension skills or gain literacy skills.  On diversity, I like on how you work on hiring women, minorities, and people with disabilities to work for the college and expand on programs to help educate staff members and students about different cultures along with the need for diversity to accept people who are different or come from a different background. Also to improve diversity in education I like on how you expanded more basic or introductory classes to different subjects, expand on arts, history, and humanities to help accept students with different skills to learn different subjects or assist students to explore different courses to their degree. Another thing that I like about your work as President of Eastern Oregon University  is how you expand on more research programs to help students get engage to learn how different topics can make a great difference for society, implement mental health services to help students who struggle with mental health or other people who live in the Oregon area to get the care they need, push for more scholarships to help low income students or minorities get assistance on getting into college or affording supplies, create Equity Task Force to find ways to combat against racial injustice while find ways to expand on making education more accessible to people who come from disadvantage communities along with who come from different communities, and heavily express the need to reduce high tuition cost to help students from paying high costs in order to get a college. On your activism, like on how you are how you are a continuous strong supporter of civil rights causes, advocate for environmental protection to reduce pollution, emphasize the need for more liberal arts in colleges, heavily advocate for the need for arts, history, and literature to be more present in society,  importance of having diversity play a role in education, and express the need for immigration reform to help protect immigrants, dreamers, and refugees from being oppressed.  


President Ryan, I  have autism with a learning disability. Having a disability is hard for me because I have trouble comprehending on learning different advance subjects, sometimes I struggle to communicate my thoughts, and get teased. Also with a disability I have struggles on trying to understand how society works due to my struggle with comprehension and I get bullied by women including adults about having a disability.  Your commitment to be a strong supporter of civil rights including people with disabilities’ rights really inspires me to work hard on my disability. I enjoy watching youtube videos of you talking about how diversity inclusion can play a role at improving society including education.  Also I enjoy reading some of your work on writing some American History, social justice, and civil rights. Your work on these things helps give me motivation to continue my interest in learning history. Also to continue to learn history. I like learning about different influential people of different individuals who work hard to make a great difference for society and  visit museums including historical sites to understand history. Your role as 13th President of Eastern Oregon University helps give me motivation to continue to learn history, social justice, diversity inclusion, and many others. My future goal is to someday work in these areas to emphasize the need for civil rights to be stronger to reduce discrimination, protect the environment from pollution, expand on diversity inclusion to accept people who are different or who have different skills, improve education reform to make learning a better tool, make social justice stronger to improve communities, and many others.

Mr. Huck, the main reason I’m writing you a letter is to explain how I find your work as a news reporter/anchor of Fox 5 Vegas to be very inspiring to me. 


In your current role as news reporter/anchor of Fox 5 Vegas, I like on how you are a advocating for people with disabilities’ rights and expressing the need to make civil rights stronger to reduce discrimination in order to protect minorities including people who are different.  Also I like on how you are a strong supporter of campaign to combat against bullying.  Your approach in the news media like interviewing people about different topics ranging from local politics through other topics, doing hands-on approach with other people in businesses or when they are demonstrating a product to help viewers understand them, and taking the time to listen to citizens of America including citizens of Las Vegas area or the Nevada area when they have concerns are great ways for journalism. Another thing that I like about your work in Fox 5 Vegas is how you work on doing investigation reporting on public officials or law enforcement who are engage in corruption or misconduct,  address the need to help people who are low income or who are homeless to get access to better resources, emphasize the need to better protect the environment from pollution. and many others. Also another thing to mention is I like on how you heavily advocate for the need for auditing of government agencies including non-profit organizations  to make sure that money isn’t being abused or wasted when they are need to improve services, heavily emphasize the need for better mental health services to help people who struggle with a mental health or have the illnesses, and support educational awareness about minorities communities. “The Rant” is a great news program that you do because I like on how you listen to different citizens in the Las Vegas area including Nevada area where they express concerns or likes about different issues and how you wold highlight the need for fixing on different issues that society face.. Also I like on how you work with Ms. Jaclyn Schultz on reporting different news topics, do interviews with different people about different issues, and many others.  Besides your work in the news media, I like on how you are a supporter of civil rights including people with disabilities’ rights causes and address the importance of social justice including diversity inclusion.
